Dhyana is the seventh of the Eight Limbs of Yoga and offers a guide for cultivating presence and inner stillness.

Through sustained awareness, we begin to observe life with greater clarity, compassion, and acceptance. Meditation reminds us that sometimes the greatest transformation comes not from doing more, but from simply being.

Asana is the third of the Eight Limbs of Yoga and offers a guide for preparing the body.

Traditionally, the purpose of asana was to cultivate strength, stability, and ease - creating a body that could comfortably support meditation and deeper self-awareness.

It reminds us that yoga is not just about movement but about cultivating presence in both body and mind.

How would your life change if you approached each day with the same presence, awareness, and intention that you bring to your yoga practice?

Join Chris Fenet for a Special Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse Yin Yoga, tonight at 6.45 - 8pm ✨

In this special edition of Oh So Quiet, we will move through a grounding Yin Yoga sequence designed to gently stress the deeper connective tissues, accompanied by an immersive sound meditation with the Rav Vast handpan and gong.

Eclipses illuminate what has been living in the shadows, old emotions, tension patterns, unfinished cycles. Before clarity can land, space must be created.

The handpan’s earthy, flowing tones will open space in the heart and soften the edges.

Free for members, spots are limited. Book now via Momence 🌕
