Once again, I had the privilege of offering Year 11 and 12 students a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath experience ahead of their upcoming exam block and mock trials.

It was so great to see students choosing to take time out to pause, reset and prioritise their wellbeing during what can be such a busy and demanding time of the school year.

Supporting young people with simple practices that encourage relaxation, calm and self-awareness is something I feel incredibly passionate about. 💜

Wishing all senior students a calm mind, confidence and focus, as they head into the weeks ahead.

I am here at the H.I.S. Project Men’s Health & Wellbeing Expo as a stallholder!

I’m proud to be part of this important community event, bringing together health professionals, wellbeing providers and community organisations to support conversations around men’s health, wellbeing, empowerment and resilience.

I’m here to share information about Reiki as a complementary wellbeing practice and how it can support relaxation, stress management, self-care and overall wellbeing.
