A heart attack can happen without warning, and knowing how to respond could help save a life.

🚨 If you suspect someone is having a heart attack:

1️⃣ Call 000 immediately for emergency medical assistance.
2️⃣ Keep the person calm and seated in a comfortable position.
3️⃣ Loosen any tight clothing around the neck, chest, or waist.
4️⃣ Reassure them and encourage them to rest.
5️⃣ If they have prescribed heart medication, assist them in taking it as directed.
6️⃣ Monitor their condition closely while waiting for help.
7️⃣ If they become unresponsive and stop breathing normally, begin CPR and use an AED if available.

Remember: Early recognition and quick action can significantly improve outcomes during a cardiac emergency.

As parents and caregivers, it's natural to worry when our teenagers show signs of:

😞 Sadness
😠 Anger
😖 Frustration
😩 Fatigue
😟 Anxiety

Communication is key! Here's how to approach them:

1️⃣ Choose the Right Moment: Find a calm time to talk.
