Dear overthinker…this is for you.

For the woman who looks like she has it together…but feels like she’s quietly falling apart inside.

For the one who replays conversations, questions her worth, and wonders if she’s just too much… or somehow not enough.

You are not broken. You’ve just been taught to doubt yourself.

This Saturday, we’re slowing it all down.
The Self-Worth Reset is a 2-hour women’s workshop designed to help you:
• understand where your self-worth has been shaped
• quiet the inner critic
• reconnect with your voice, your truth, and your worth
• and finally feel like you don’t have to figure it all out alone

There will be space to breathe.Space to reflect.Space to be human.
And a gentle guided meditation to bring you back to yourself.

🤍 Lumen Wellness Studio🤍 This Saturday🤍 Limited spaces

If this feels like it’s speaking to you… it probably is.
Book via the app or message me directly.
You don’t have to do this alone.
