Christmas came early at Fairway Carindale!

Our wonderful Residents Social Committee brought the festive spirit to life with a fantastic Christmas in July Happy Hour Event. Residents embraced the occasion by dressing in their favourite Christmas outfits, while the Community Centre was beautifully decorated for the celebration.
The table was overflowing with delicious homemade festive treats, a huge thank you to everyone who brought a plate to share. There was more than enough to go around, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying great food, great company, and lots of Christmas spirit.
The celebrations wrapped up with a packed cinema for our very first Trivia Night, where laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of festive fun filled the room.
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Residents Social Committee for creating another magical evening that brought our community together.

It was our privilege again to sponsor the annual Reside Communities Pacific Pro Am 2026 at the Pacific Golf Club - Carindale! ⛳
Despite a few rain showers throughout the day, it was another exceptional event filled with great golf, fantastic company and plenty of memorable moments.
With our new golf-front retirement apartments opening very soon, our residents will have a front row seat at next year's event!

What a truly special afternoon at Fairway as we came together to celebrate an incredible milestone—Gwen & Cyril's 70th Wedding Anniversary!
Surrounded by their Fairway Family, we celebrated seven decades of love, laughter and wonderful memories. A heartfelt thank you to their beautiful daughter, Gaille, who spoiled everyone with delicious treats and a glasses of champagne to help mark this very special occasion.
The celebrations were made even more special as Gwen recently celebrated her 90th birthday! To mark both wonderful milestones, the residents presented Gwen and Cyril with a beautiful orchid plant for them to continue enjoying for years to come.
Congratulations, Gwen & Cyril, on an amazing 70 years of marriage and happy 90th birthday, Gwen! Thank you for letting us share in such a memorable celebration! 🎉 🎉 ❤️

This week we welcomed members of the Property Council of Australia's Retirement Living Council for a behind-the-scenes tour of our community, giving them a sneak peek at Stage Two apartments and the five-star Greenside Clubhouse currently under construction.

More than 100 future residents and guests joined us this week for an exclusive first look at the new Greenside Clubhouse at Fairway Carindale.

Hosted by award-winning journalist and Reside Communities Ambassador Kay McGrath, the special event unveiled the vision for our highly anticipated five-star lifestyle precinct through an immersive 3D digital tour experience.

Thank you to our Committee, Bar Team and helpers for organising a fantastic BBQ and refreshing mango slushies at last Friday's Happy Hour. The delicious drinks were a hit with residents and the perfect accompaniment to a great afternoon BBQ enjoyed by everyone.
