I often talk with clients about the importance of doing things in your life specifically to bring you joy! I am useless at meditating and can’t get into yoga but singing is my happy place! It is a mindful activity that connects the body and mind and fills you with endorphins! If you have ever wanted to singing in a choir you can join me at Hummingsong Choirs in Annerley next Tuesday at ‘bring a friend night’. Let me know if you are keen! (Women only for this one sorry!)

Osteofit is growing! Mikaela is now settling in to Tuesday and Wednesdays and is happy to see all clients from primary school aged kids and up! She has a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy and the post partum period but she is just as happy to help you with your everyday aches and pains - book in soon and say hi! 👋🏻

Osteofit would like to welcome Dr Mikaela Ruetschi to the team! Mikaela is looking forward to meeting all of our amazing clients and helping you to get your body moving and feeling its best! Mikaela has a special interest in Womens Health and enjoys supporting women through pregnancy and the post-partum period. She will be available at our Annerley clinic on Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday mornings (from 7.30am!!).

Today we celebrate the life of our late friend and colleague, Kerry Clarke, of Tarragindi Fitness. She was the smiling face that greeted us and our clients every day that Drew and I worked at what was then known as Clark's Lifestyle Centre.
We have made a donation to Carrie's Beanies for Brain Cancer in her honour and send our love to the Clark family during this difficult time.

Founded by Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer in partnership with WEHI and supported by the Victorian Government, The Brain Cancer Centre brings together the brightest medical research minds to help end brain cancer as a terminal illness.

Doctor Becky Hull - Osteopath is now on maternity leave! Wishing our beautiful mummy-to-be a fabulous break while we eagerly await the arrival of her baby! Thank you so much for all of the care you have given to the Osteofit community over the last 2 and a half years, you will be missed, Rest up!
