Try this routine right now:

1. Wall calf stretch: Face a wall, step one leg back, keep heel down, lean forward. Hold 30 seconds each side.
2. Stair calf stretch: Stand on a stair, lower one heel below the step. Hold 30 seconds each side.
3. Seated calf stretch: Sit down, loop a towel around your foot, pull toes toward you. Hold 30 seconds each side.

Do this daily and you'll feel more flexible and less pain.

Glute activation routine for hip strength 🧘‍♀️

Weak glutes are super common—especially if you sit all day or don't exercise regularly.

Weak glutes lead to hip pain, lower back issues, and poor posture. But here's the good news: you can fix it with consistency.

Try this routine right now:

1. Glute bridges: Lie on your back, knees bent, push through heels to lift hips. Hold 2 seconds, repeat 15 times.
2. Clamshells: Lie on your side, knees bent, lift top knee while keeping feet together. Hold 1 second, repeat 12 times each side.
3. Donkey kicks: On hands and knees, kick one leg back, squeeze glute. Repeat 12 times each side.

Do this daily and you'll feel stronger and less pain.
