There is something incredibly powerful about community. ๐Ÿ’›๐ŸŒŽ

Being part of the 2026 Latin Kids Fiesta filled my heart. Seeing our culture celebrated, our children connecting with their roots, and so many people giving their time and energy to create something beautiful reminded me why community matters so much.

Iโ€™m so happy and grateful to have been part of it โ€” not just as a volunteer, but as a proud Latina helping to build spaces where we can belong, connect and celebrate who we are. ๐Ÿ’ƒโœจ

Because when we come together, we create more than an event. We create belonging. ๐Ÿ’›

Thank you for create this spaces for our community ๐Ÿ’œ

Sometimes, moving forward isnโ€™t about carrying less. Itโ€™s about learning that you donโ€™t have to carry everything at once. ๐Ÿ’œ

Therapy can be a space to pause, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself.

๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด๐Ÿ’œ When something happens back home and youโ€™re far awayโ€ฆ

Living far from our home country doesnโ€™t mean we stop feeling what happens there.

After the earthquake in Colombia, many Colombians living overseas may be experiencing fear, sadness, anxiety, helplessness, or constantly checking their phones just to know that family and friends are safe.

There is something particularly difficult about experiencing an emergency from a distance:

Wanting to be thereโ€ฆ and not being able to.

You might feel guilty for being safe while people you love are facing uncertainty. You might find it difficult to concentrate, sleep, or simply continue with your day as though everything is normal.

If youโ€™re feeling this way, your emotions make sense. ๐Ÿ’œ

Physical distance doesnโ€™t make our connection to our home, our people, or our roots any less real.

And if you know someone from Colombia, a small act of kindness can make a difference today.

A message.
A โ€œHow is your family?โ€
A hug.
Taking the time to listen without trying to fix anything.

We may not be able to change what is happening thousands of kilometres away, but we can help someone feel a little less alone while they navigate it.

To the Colombian community, both in Colombia and around the world: may you find moments of connection, solidarity and hope amongst the uncertainty. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด๐Ÿ’œ

Sometimes, simply being there for one another is also a way of holding each other through difficult times.

Some of us spend so much time trying to figure everything out.
The next decision. The perfect timing. The right answer.
But what if you didn't need all the answers today?
Growth isn't about having life completely sorted.
It's about taking the next small step, even when the whole path isn't clear.
Give yourself permission to not know everything. To change your mind. To learn as you go. To trust that clarity often comes after action, not before it.
Be kind to yourself.
You're allowed to be a work in progress. ๐Ÿ’œ
โœจ What's one thing you're learning to stop putting pressure on yourself to have figured out?

Some of us wait until we're completely overwhelmed before asking for help.

But therapy isn't only for moments of crisis.

It's a space to pause, breathe, understand yourself, and find new ways to move forward, before the weight becomes too heavy.

You don't have to carry it all alone. ๐Ÿ’œ

Have you ever noticed how convincing your inner critic can sound?

Sometimes it speaks so confidently that we mistake fear for truth.

As women, we often carry invisible pressure, to get it right, to keep going, to be enough.

But not every thought deserves your trust.

The next time your mind says:
"I can't."
"I'm not enough."
"I'm not ready."

Pause for a moment and ask yourself:

Is this reality... or is fear trying to keep me safe?

Awareness is often the first step towards self-confidence.

๐Ÿ’œ I'd love to hear from you.

What's one sentence your inner critic repeats most often?

Long-term relationships aren't meant to stay the sameโ€”and neither is the way we communicate.

As life evolves, so do we. Careers, children, responsibilities, stress, and major life transitions can all shape how we show up for one another.

The goal isn't to communicate exactly as you did in the beginning.

The goal is to keep finding your way back to each other, even when life gets busy, messy, or overwhelming.

๐Ÿ’œ Healthy communication isn't about having the perfect words every time. It's about choosing curiosity over assumptions, connection over distance, and showing up again and again.

โœจ Which season of life has challenged communication in your relationship the most? Share your thoughts belowโ€”Iโ€™d love to hear your perspective.
