What an honour to attend the FSANZ 2026 Annual Conference in Canberra these past few days. The FSA brings together fertility experts from across Australia, New Zealand and around the world. 🌏

It was a wonderful opportunity to hear from inspiring keynote speakers and learn about the latest research, updated guidelines and exciting new developments in fertility care.

So much knowledge to take home and share with my patients! ❤️

We take office birthdays pretty seriously around here… especially Michaela’s!! Between staff leave and holidays, we were a bit late to celebrate (where has June & July gone!?) but we finally got there.

BIG shoutout to our amazing Anne-Marie for this incredible meal & cake!! 👏🏼

Wow, July 1st… mid-year already!!

I am always amazed when a new month starts. A gentle, constant reminder of time moving on. It’s also the perfect time to pause and check in with your body.

Take a moment, on the first of the month or as close to it as you can, to check your breast health, your skin, and consider if there is anything else feeling out of the ordinary - perhaps your cycle has changed, or you have new pain. If something doesn’t seem quite right, now is the time to follow it up.

I like this little habit, because when life gets busy (as we all know it does!) before you know it, the first of the month will be here again, offering another opportunity to make that appointment, ask the question, and get it checked out.
