Wow, July 1stā€¦ mid-year already!!

I am always amazed when a new month starts. A gentle, constant reminder of time moving on. Itā€™s also the perfect time to pause and check in with your body.

Take a moment, on the first of the month or as close to it as you can, to check your breast health, your skin, and consider if there is anything else feeling out of the ordinary - perhaps your cycle has changed, or you have new pain. If something doesnā€™t seem quite right, now is the time to follow it up.

I like this little habit, because when life gets busy (as we all know it does!) before you know it, the first of the month will be here again, offering another opportunity to make that appointment, ask the question, and get it checked out.
