I always colonic before I fly because… who has time for constipation to ruin their holiday 🤷‍♀️👙 also this is literally what I look like when I tune in each day. 🎥 20 years of having colonics myself and I would never go back.

Weekly colonics have transformed my health, life and given me the freedom to live a healthy happy life. No laxatives worked, no colonoscopy was the answer, just regular colonics, a great diet, movement & doing things and surrounding myself with people that make me happy. Unfortunately 1 colonic won’t clear the entire bowel - your bowel is about 1.7m in length and can carry about 5-7kg of stool! So we always suggest 3-5 but you may need more 💩 Your therapist will guide you, just start by booking in your first initial colonic with us 😌💞

Louise has been on a healing journey for the last decade with lots of changes along the way. Yoga and wellness became a large part of her life.

With wellness retreats, yoga and detoxes over the last 10 years, she fell upon Bayside colonics to help deepen her experience with allowing the body to come back to homeostasis.

After having her fourth child, she found her bowels had slowed down causing constipation and gas. Louise started to bring her young son along to clinic whilst having regular colonics again. She found the clinic was so supportive of allowing her baby to come along, that he became a regular extra at her appointments.

Louise found clarity of the mind, clearer skin, more balanced hormones and a more regular bowel motion. The clinic and the shift within her body drew her to wanting to be part of the team and space. She wanted to be able to share far and wide how amazing it felt, being able to support a healthy balance within her body in such a caring and loving environment.
