There is something profoundly humbling about entering the womb of Mother Earth.
For thousands of years, Indigenous cultures across the Americas have gathered in the sacred Temazcal to pray, cleanse, heal, and remember their connection to all of life.
The Sweat Lodge is more than a ceremony.
It is a return.
A return to simplicity.
A return to prayer.
A return to the wisdom of the Earth and the wisdom within.
As the stones are heated by the sacred fire and carried into the lodge, we enter a space beyond words. Through prayer, song, silence, steam, and community, we are invited to release what no longer serves us and reconnect with what truly matters.
The heat softens our defences.
The darkness invites us inward.
The prayers open our hearts.
