Recently, we supported a participant to work towards their health and wellbeing goals with an incredible 40km bike ride at Lake Wivenhoe along the Fernvale Rail Trail. 🏕️ 🦘🚲

Social walks are great for mental health. They help reduce isolation by giving people a chance to connect with others, while also getting some fresh air and light exercise. The movement can improve mood, reduce stress, and give people something positive to look forward to each week.

We’re really happy to see so many people out each week and being part of the group. It’s been great watching everyone connect and support each other.
