June is Migraine Awareness Month. 🧠

First, what IS a migraine?

A migraine isn't "just a bad headache." It's a complex neurological condition that affects millions of people worldwide.

Common symptoms include:
β†’ Throbbing or pulsing head pain (often one side)
β†’ Nausea or vomiting
β†’ Extreme sensitivity to light, sound, or smells
β†’ Visual disturbances (auras β€” flashing lights, blind spots)
β†’ Dizziness or vertigo
β†’ Fatigue or brain fog

Migraine phases many don't know about:
1️⃣ Prodrome (hours or days before): Mood changes, food cravings, neck stiffness
2️⃣ Aura (for some people): Visual changes, tingling, trouble speaking
3️⃣ Attack (the main event): Head pain + other symptoms
4️⃣ Postdrome (the "hangover"): Exhaustion, confusion, lingering sensitivity

Did you know baby reflexes can stick around way longer than they should? 🧠🀯

Those cute newborn reflexes (grasping, startling, rooting) are supposed to disappear by 12 months.

But sometimes? They don't get the memo. πŸ“

When reflexes hang around too long:
