It's easy to scroll past an after photo and wonder why your progress doesn't look the same. What we often forget is that a photo captures a single moment, not the full story behind it.

It doesn't show where that person started, what concerns they were addressing, how much time has passed, or the plan that helped them get there.

In aesthetics, comparing your progress to someone else's result can create unrealistic expectations because no two people have the same starting point, goals, or treatment journey.

The most valuable comparison isn't between you and someone you see online. It's between where you are today and where you were yesterday.

Our very first Eternal Youth VIP Night ✨

I’m honestly so proud of how this night came together. There were definitely a few nerves behind the scenes, but the evening turned out even better than I imagined.

A few last-minute cancellations due to illness meant we had a slightly smaller group… which may have been a blessing because how I thought I was fitting 14 people into our little clinic space, I’m still not sure 😂

Such a beautiful night filled with education, skin, rejuvenation, champagne, canapés, goodie bags, lots of laughs and great company!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, to Kate Murtas for being part of the night, if it wasn’t for you I’m not sure the night would have happened! Thank you for encouraging me and pushing me along to organise and all of your help setting up and running around, you’re an absolute star. Thank you also to Kerry Campbell from Synergie Skin for joining us, sharing her knowledge and running skin consultations for our guests.

This was only the beginning… we’re already thinking Spring Fling or Christmas VIP Night next.

Next one will be bigger, and trust me — you’ll want to be on the list.

What an incredible few days of learning, connection and inspiration.

A special mention to Rana FILLER & TOX EXPERT | EDUCATOR | CHICAGO . Having followed her work for many years, it was such a privilege to listen to her present, share lunch with her, and then finish the conference with a hands-on workshop. After 12 years in cosmetic nursing, I thought I had my confidence under control.… until Rana was standing right beside me watching and guiding me! Suddenly it felt like all those years of experience went straight out the window and I was a nervous new injector again🤭

What I admire most is not only her clinical knowledge and experience, but also her business expertise and leadership. Hearing her share insights into her clinic, training and team was incredibly valuable. She is genuine, approachable and generous with her knowledge, and has such a positive energy that makes her an absolute pleasure to learn from.

A massive thank you to Melissa Isaia Nicole Schmid-Sanele Jacinta King and the entire Juv'ae | Advancing Cosmetic Nurses, Together team for delivering another exceptional conference. The planning, investment, education and opportunities created for nurses is something I am incredibly grateful for. The support, encouragement and sense of community within Juvae is truly special.

One of my favourite parts is catching up with the nurses I’ve had the privilege of training and mentoring over the years. Seeing their confidence grow, hearing about their achievements and watching them thrive in their careers is so rewarding.
