GLP-1 medications (originally used for type 2 diabetes) are now often prescribed for weight management.
They work by mimicking a natural hormone that helps regulate blood sugar, slow digestion and increase the feeling of fullness.
While GLP-1 medications are not fertility medications, they may support reproductive health, especially in PCOS where insulin resistance can disrupt hormones and ovulation. By improving insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control, they may help with;
