The fitness industry has no shortage of great coaches. But coaches who can raise the standard of an entire coaching team? They are rare.

With that in mind, I’m conducting a national search for an exceptional Head Coach (Hybrid, S&C, HIT) to join one of Australia’s most progressive fitness and wellness brands in Brisbane.

Working across two landmark premium hubs, this person will take genuine ownership of:
• Hybrid and HIT programming
• Coaching quality and consistency
• Coach mentoring, audits and education
• Member experience and engagement
• The continued evolution of an established group training offering

We are looking for an accomplished coaching leader with deep experience across strength and conditioning, functional fitness, Hybrid or athletic performance.

You will have already led coaches, owned programming and demonstrated your ability to improve standards across an entire team, not only within the classes you personally deliver.

This is a significant opportunity for someone who has built a credible reputation for technical excellence, intelligent programming, professionalism and making other coaches better.

We are conducting a national search for an exceptional Head Coach to lead the Hybrid and HIT offering across two of Brisbane’s leading premium fitness and wellness hubs.

This is a genuine coaching leadership position with responsibility for:
• Programming development and execution • Coaching standards and quality assurance • Coach audits, mentoring and education • Class performance and member experience • Community events, challenges and activations • The continued evolution of the Hybrid and HIT offering

We are looking for someone with approximately six or more years of credible experience across strength and conditioning, functional fitness, Hybrid or athletic performance.

You will ideally have already worked as a Head Coach or Lead Coach, with demonstrated experience leading other coaches, owning programming and improving standards across a team.

This is an opportunity for an established professional who combines technical excellence with clear communication, accountability and a genuine ability to make other coaches better.

The role is based across Newstead and West End, with applications welcomed from suitably experienced coaches across Australia who are prepared to relocate to Brisbane.
