Yesterday we celebrated Harmony Day at Inala Primary Care, and our team marked the occasion in one of our favourite ways - by sharing food.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, joined in, or simply shared a moment together. Days like this remind us how lucky we are to work in a team (and community) made up of so many cultures, backgrounds, and stories.

Harmony Day is all about respect, belonging, and the simple idea that everyone should feel at home. We see that diversity every day in our staff and the people we care for - and it truly makes our workplace richer and stronger.

Bulk Billing Update – From 1st November
In line with the Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program (BBPIP), Inala Primary Care is pleased to announce that from 1st November, we will be bulk billing eligible patients.

This change supports improved access to healthcare for:

- Children under 16 years
- Commonwealth concession card holders
- Patients with a valid Medicare card

Our goal is to make quality healthcare more affordable and accessible to those who need it most, while continuing to provide the same high standard of care for all our patients.
