Back-to-school transitions after the September break can trigger a mix of excitement, anxiety, and big emotions for children (and parents!).

Remember: behavior is communication. If your child seems extra sensitive, clingy, or overwhelmed lead-up to Term 4, their nervous system is simply adjusting to another big shift.

Through safe, intentional play therapy, we help children navigate these exact transitions—building emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving skills along the way. 🧩💛
