Two procedures. One personalised surgical plan.

This 34 year old patient underwent a combined breast augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift) procedure to address breast volume, shape and position concerns.

Following a detailed consultation process, Dr. Richardson developed a treatment plan with the patient's anatomy and goals in mind, to lift, reshape and reposition the breast tissue and nipple-ar**la complex, while placing carefully selected breast implants to increase volume and define shape, in order to achieve a balanced and proportionate outcome.

This custom result was achieved using 275cc and 315cc Ergonomix®, full profile placed under the muscle. Results are photographed at 12 months post-op.

This patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation, seeking a breast enlargement result with a focus on achieving fullness in the upper pole, shape definition and a close cleavage. Listening to this patient's goals, Dr. Richardson developed a personalised surgical plan based on their anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Breast reduction surgery, clinically known as reduction mammaplasty, is considered by patients experiencing concerns associated with excessively large breasts, including discomfort, difficulty with certain physical activities, or challenges finding well-fitting clothing.

The procedure involves removing excess breast tissue and reshaping the breasts, with the aim of improving breast proportion relative to the body.

This patient underwent breast reduction surgery with Dr. Richardson where he removed a total of over 2.8kg of excess breast tissue and skin, while reshaping and repositioning her natural breast tissue for a more comfortable and proportionate result. He also performed an ar**la reduction to create balance and anatomical harmony with her breast reduction outcome. Results are photographed at 6 months post-op.

Breast tissue removed: 1,456g (left breast) and 1,351g (right breast)
