AgForce notes the Senate's referral of the APVMA's paraquat decision to the Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport References Committee.

AgForce's position on the regulator has not changed. The APVMA must be able to reach its decisions on the evidence, free from political pressure.

AgForce supports the statement made by Grain Producers Australia, and will continue to work with GPA, the National Farmers' Federation and other federal representative organisations to put a coherent national position before the committee, informed by our members.

FFAE is not just for agriculture teachers. It is for any educator interested in using food, fibre and agriculture as an engaging, real-world way to bring learning to life.

🐐 AgForce is pleased to support the Goat Industry Council of Australia (GICA)'s Liaison-Livestock Industry (LLI) Network Project.

The project is building a national network of trained goat industry representatives who can support communication and coordination during emergency animal disease responses.

The goat industry needs you — we’re aiming for 10 State LLI representatives, with two from each commodity: fibre, dairy, hobbyists, farmed meat producers, and rangeland. Your participation will help make sure every part of our sector is represented.
