Curious about cupping? 👀

Cupping can be a gentle way to work with muscle tightness and support movement, tissue mobility and relaxation without the need for intense pressure.

And those circular marks? They’re a normal response to suction, not “toxins leaving the body” 🤍

Our remedial massage therapists offer cupping as part of their treatments, where appropriate🧩

From supporting your cycle to caring for your nervous system, here are 5 things Dr Bec recommends are worth your money ⭐️

🌸Castor oil packs - heat can provide some relief and the main component ricinoleic acid contains anti inflammatory and analgesic properties according to Vieira C, Evangelista S, Cirillo R, Lippi A, Maggi CA, & Manzini S. (2000).

☀️Vitamin D — supports immune function and hormone production and is anti inflammatory. Low levels were associated with worsening endometriosis (Barnard ND, Holtz DN, Schmidt N, Kolipaka S, Hata E, Sutton M, Znayenko-Miller T, Hazen ND, Cobb C, Kahleova H. 2024).

👐🏼Chiropractic care — seeing a chiropractor with additional training in women’s health can provide a tailored approach to musculoskeletal care and nervous system regulation.

🌿Turmeric — a natural source of curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties. Tumeric/curcumin has also been found to decrease the size of endo lesions in animal studies. (Yalçın Bahat P, Ayhan I, Üreyen Özdemir E, İnceboz Ü, Oral E. 2022) Dr Bec recommends practitioner-only products where appropriate, to ensure you’re getting the right product and dosage for your individual needs.

🫁Breathwork — Mindful breathing and breathwork may help manage the psychological stress and nervous system dysregulation associated with pain central sensitisation in endometriosis. (Lim, H., Lee, Y., Cha, Y., Hwang, J., Han, H., Lee, H., Yang, J., Jeong, W., Lim, Y., Lee, D., & Kim, H. 2025)

Dr Bec recommends practitioner only supplements 🧩
