The RSV vaccine is now available at the clinic for eligible people. Please book an appointment with your GP if you have any queries about the vaccine.

RSV puts older people with asthma in hospital more often than those without asthma. Older people can also die due to RSV.

Are You Aged 75 or Over? You May Be Eligible for a Free RSV Vaccine🫁

The Australian Government has expanded the National Immunisation Program to provide free RSV vaccination for people aged 75 years and over, helping protect older Australians from serious illness caused by Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).

RSV is a common respiratory virus that can lead to severe infection, pneumonia and hospitalisation, particularly in older adults and those with chronic health conditions.

The team at Family Doctors Plus is proud to support Crazy Socks 4 Docs Day 2026, helping raise awareness of mental health in healthcare and encouraging open conversations about wellbeing.

Today the GPs have swapped their usual socks for some colourful and crazy ones to show their support. 💙

Your heart is something you can work on keeping healthy every day! And it’s important too as 1.4 million Australians have a high chance of having a heart attack or stroke in the next five years.

Having a regular Heart Health Check with your GP will help you better understand your risk of heart attack or stroke and most importantly, they can support you to lower this risk.

Anyone 45-years or older and 30 years or older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples should have regular checks.
