I'm off to High Desert Human Design in September to be on a parenting panel and facilitate a session, but more importantly, be present and in Aura with some amazing humans. Brandy and I had a catchup last week. You can check it out here.

After seven years of experimenting with Human Design, I have decided that sometimes you have to get a little weird with it.

Print your chart. Put it on the floor. Trace the channels. Notice what you feel when you look at a gate you have spent years being told means one very specific thing. Hold it. Move with it. Let your senses have a say.

Your chart is not meant to become another external authority.

Type, strategy and authority can be useful reference points, but they are not the whole terrain of you. There are undercurrents in a chart. Stories. Tensions. Patterns. Places your body knows before your mind has found language for them.

And no, I am not claiming sainthood because I put a giant mandala behind my head like a halo. Although the visual is compelling.

Later this week inside The Club, The Club 》Co-Creation, Networking, Business Incubator we are exploring the undercurrents of your chart beyond the usual type, strategy and authority conversation. A little workshop. A little curiosity. Possibly a little chaos.

Enjoy the ride, my friends. Have some fun with your experiment.

Dm me for the access pass to our workshop inside the club

This morning's Community Call (solstice gathering) felt beautifully aligned with the energy of the day.

As we randomly started exploring the current transits, I couldn't help but notice how much second line energy is moving through the field right now. Not only the Sun and Earth, but also the Nodes and several other placements.

The second line is often associated with naturalness.

Not forcing.

Not striving.

Not chasing.

Allowing.

Trusting.

Letting things emerge in their own time.

It feels especially relevant on a day when light and shadow stand as equals.

Much of my recent work has been exploring sensitivity, friendship, loneliness, belonging and intimacy. Different conversations on the surface, yet they all seem to point toward the same question.

What if the thing you're looking for isn't hiding in the light at all?

What if it's waiting for you in the stillness?

What if the answer isn't found through more effort, more analysis or more searching?

What if it arrives when you stop forcing it?

Thank you to everyone who joined me this morning. These gatherings continue to remind me of the value of simply sharing space together, without needing to fix, solve or become anything.

Sometimes BEING is enough.

A chart can tell you a lot.

Your type.
Your profile.
Your centres.
Your gates.

But it can't tell you what happened.

It can't tell you why certain experiences shaped you the way they did.

It can't tell you what you've survived, adapted to, carried or learned along the way.

That's where I think a lot gets missed.

Human Design isn't there to replace your life experience.

It's there to help illuminate it.

To help you recognise patterns.

To help you understand yourself.

To help you ask better questions.

Because sometimes the most important thing isn't what's in the chart.

It's the question beneath it.

These are the conversations I've found myself increasingly drawn to these past few years. The human experience beneath the chart. The stories beneath the patterns. The ways awareness becomes recognition, and recognition becomes change.

It's also what we'll be exploring in the upcoming community gathering and throughout the workshops I'll be facilitating over the coming months inside The Club. The Club 》Co-Creation, Networking, Business Incubator

Curious? ✨ What is your life trying to show you?

For a long time I thought Human Design was teaching me about type, strategy, authority, and about mechanics.

And it was.

But over time I have became more interested in something else.

Awareness.

What happens when we stop trying to become our design and start paying attention to our lived experience?

What are we noticing?

What patterns keep returning?

What are our sensitivities trying to show us?

The Reflector experience has taught me a lot about this, but I don't think these lessons belong to Reflectors alone.

Sensitivity belongs to all of us.

The question is whether we're willing to listen.

I've been exploring this further in a recent blog and podcast:

"The Question Beneath the Chart."

One of the things I've noticed in my work over the years is that many people become incredibly skilled at connection.

They know how to listen.

How to support.

How to show up.

How to understand others.

How to be needed.

How to belong.

Yet beneath all of that, there can be a quieter longing.

The longing to be known.

Not for what you do.

Not for the role you play.

Not for what you provide.

But for who you are.

I wonder how many of us spend years building connection while secretly craving intimacy.

Not more people.

Not more conversations.

Not more community.

Just a few places where we can lay down the roles and be fully ourselves.

This week's podcast and blog explore that distinction.

I'm curious...

✨ Which feels harder for you right now?

• Finding connection

• Finding intimacy

A question landed in my inbox recently from a fellow Reflector, and I've found myself returning to it again and again over the past week.

Do Reflectors experience loneliness more than other people?

The more I sat with the question, the less interested I became in loneliness and the more curious I became about intimacy.

Because they're not the same thing.

You can be surrounded by people and still feel unseen.

You can have friendships, family, community, and meaningful conversations, yet still find yourself longing for something deeper.

Not more connection.

More intimacy.

More being known.

More being met.

Perhaps what we're calling loneliness isn't always the absence of people.

Perhaps it's the absence of feeling truly seen.

I've been exploring this more deeply in this week's podcast, blog, and upcoming reflections.

I'm curious.

When was the last time you felt deeply known by someone?
