Back to doing my “minimum” run of 10K. Sunday rounds, then a run around Mt Coot-tha. Both ankles are better, and didn’t flare after last weeks run, so I figured I could get back to a regular running routine. I think doing more robotic surgery has been the key to helping my tendonitis resolve. Less time on my feet. My next event is the Bridge to Brisbane with my dad.
