I’ve been quiet over here this year - I’ve been growing a little human and now we’re enjoying some really beautiful family bonding times together with our 3 week old.
And although I’ve felt called to post and share little yoga related nuggets as before I just couldn’t get myself to do it. It’s been special to hold a sacred space without too much social media or urge to post, just wrapping myself in a quiet bubble while enjoying these very special times truly.

Wishing you all good vibes and may this be a little reminder to enjoy the sacredness of the present moment whenever you can, even for just a few seconds, pause for the little beauties of the world hidden in the here and the now. ❤️🤗🌻

Haaapppyyy 2025!

I hope everyone’s had some lovely time off.

I am super excited to be back on the mat teaching.

You can practice with me at the beautiful :

🫶 on a weekly Sunday morning Yin class at 9:30am

🫶 on a monthly Restorative yoga with Sound bath workshop every 2nd Saturday of the month 1-3pm

🫶 or as part of a Deep Peace Retreat day programme every 2nd month starting with a restorative yoga class.

Classes in Windsor are taking a break for now due to family reasons. We do miss you beautiful souls who attended our classes last year! We’d love to stay in touch and we will definitely keep you in the loop for future class planning. 🫶🌻🥰

Wonderful Christmas to you all!
Huge thank you to all the yogis I’ve met this year and the lovely yogis that came to our Windsor classes from October. We had a great time together through the weeks and we got to meet really wonderful souls.
Wishing everyone some calm and quiet where you can pause and appreciate the moments just as they are. 🙏🥰🧡

4 weeks left of classes in the beautiful Windsor studio space.
Can’t believe how close we are to the end of the year! 🎄

By this time many people are a bit burnt out and just hanging on until the holidays. And often this is the time we need yoga, mindfulness and me time the most to recharge, relax and release instead of accumulating further stress without a good proper release button. ⏸️

I’ve been there often and in this silly world it is so easy to switch on your fave series or not to go for that walk and scroll on your phone instead etc. 😇

That is also why practicing in a dedicated space with a small community of people can be a game changer.
At home it can be hard to create a dedicated hour of peace and non-disturbance.

Come and practice with us these coming weeks and give yourself some time to switch off and recharge. 😌

Tuesdays 6:30 pm, a nice relaxing combo of gentle yoga, yin yoga and sound bath relaxation. 🧘‍♂️

Thursdays 9:30 am, a nice blend of mindful yoga asanas, spinal flows and yin poses.🧘🏼‍♀️

A little bit silly but also a little bit true. 🌻

Yes life can feel like the first picture, failing a bit, and maybe laughing a bit on ourselves or maybe falling down fully and feeling not so happy.
And life can often feel like the second picture, feeling like we’re meant to be doing it all and be in all the places at once and feel scattered in the wind while trying to feel a sense of stability that is not that easy to come.

This is where yoga meets us. Yes yoga can feel wonderful when we feel in fine form and happy, but yoga can really touch us on a deeper level if we practice when not everything is that tip top. When we have that courage just to show up on the mat despite the chaos that’s powerful. And not because we need to show off… we just need to show up a little bit. And it may perfectly mean falling to sleep on your mat. Or may mean a few stretches for 5 mins, or it may mean a gentle meditation practice in your morning, or a mindfulness practice on your walk home.
It doesn’t have to be fancy, it doesn’t have to look good.
A bit of dedication can change lots.

We kicked off our classes in Windsor and our hearts are absolutely filled with gratitude and excitement.

We can’t wait to share our journey and explore yoga and sound together.

The last few days have really taught me a big big lesson.

And this may sound very cliche or simple but it’s true: to radically L I V E. I N. T H E. M O M E N T.

It’s so easy to fall into the traps of overthinking, overplanning, and thinking way too much ahead in the future when we haven’t even processed the present.

And this is where on and off the mat yoga reminds me and teaches me big lessons. It teaches us to notice and witness our environment and our current state of being, it teaches us to tap into our realities, it teaches us to embrace how we truly feel, it teaches us to become aware of the subtleties of our bodies and minds, it teaches us to step away from our racing thoughts and come back to our bodies, even by simply practicing breathing and connecting breath with movement in our practice on the mat.

And this is why the path of yoga is truly a beautiful one that is not a path of the certain chosen ones, it’s a path accessible to everyone, the thing is this world is just sooo full of noise that is often hard to find our way.

That’s also why having a supportive community and a safe space to practice and unwind together can be so valuable on our journey. It allows us to take those first steps toward creating space for our own unique reality, embracing our wholeness just as it is — with all its ups and downs — and finding space for deep relaxation, where we can let our worries fade away a little.

E M B R A C E.

Without darkness we wouldn’t appreciate light, just like the yin and yang theory is based on one cannot be without the other.
A good reminder to contemplate: do we embrace the wholeness of our experiences?

Our journey invites us to see and accept our reality with all its imperfectness, the bad days, the low moments, as well the highs, the happy ones, stepping into the full experience.
It can feel brave or even scary or risky, but also can feel like you’re stepping into those real shoes, standing on real ground and not ignoring or cheating yourself.
And it also means stepping a little away from all of life’s happenings, all the temporary mental activities and feelings that often guide our decisions. Rather we take a step back to witness it all in all its reality.

Satya ( = truthfulness) the second Yama of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras also teaches us to see the reality, the truth behind the storm of thoughts, our ego, our changing emotions and all the little things that go on in our lives and minds.
Embracing honesty, embracing wholeness.

We will celebrate our wholeness in class this week as we flow, stretch, breathe and rest.

This Sunday - Wellbeing Day Festival with lots of yoga, meditation, sound bath, all the goodies lined up!

You can find me on the mat at 3 pm with a nicely balanced Vin Yin class.

A lovely day to celebrate our wellbeing and share the day (or half day or even just a class) with like-minded souls.
