✨ Breathe & B is heading to Tamborine Village this Saturday!✨

I’m looking forward to being part of the White Light Health & Wellbeing Expo at Tamborine Memorial Hall this Saturday, 29th August. 💜🌿

I’ll be bringing a beautiful selection from Breathe & B, including crystals, mindfulness and ritual pieces, energy-cleansing favourites, meaningful gifts, my Mindfulness for Beginners book and some of my unique Artisan Collection creations. ✨

These expos are about so much more than shopping. They’re a lovely opportunity to slow down, explore, connect with like-minded people and discover something that may speak to you.

There’ll be a wonderful variety of exhibitors throughout the day, including healers, psychics, crystals, wellbeing and alternative therapies, books and much more.

I’m very excited to be returning to The Magik Market at Miami Marketta tonight for a beautiful evening of connection, community and a little Moon Magik. 💜

I’ll be bringing along a gorgeous selection of Breathe & B favourites — crystals, ritual and energy cleansing pieces, mindful gifts, my Mindfulness for Beginners book, and some of my unique Artisan Collection creations.

These expos have become such a lovely part of Breathe & B, not only because I get to share my products and Artisan Collection, but because of the wonderful conversations, connections and people I meet along the way. 🌿

✨ Breathe & B has a new online home 🌿

As Breathe & B has grown and evolved, I've felt for a while that the website needed to grow with it.

I'm so happy to finally share a softer, simpler space that feels much more like Breathe & B today, somewhere you can explore mindful gifts and crystals, discover the Artisan Collection, find where we'll be in person, or simply spend a little time exploring the new Mindful Library.

And just like Breathe & B, the website isn't meant to be “finished”. I'll continue adding to it gently and intentionally, sharing only the things that genuinely belong there.

For now, I'm just really excited to welcome you into the new space. 🤍

A little midweek check-in from Breathe & B. 🌿✨

Some weeks seem to disappear before we’ve even had a chance to notice them.

So tonight I’m reminding myself that it’s okay to simply stop for a while. Not everything needs to be finished tonight, and not every quiet moment needs to be filled.

Whatever your Wednesday has looked like, I hope there’s a little space in your evening for something that makes you feel good, a cuppa, a favourite book, some music, a quiet moment outside… or simply doing absolutely nothing for a while. 🤍

What does slowing down look like for you tonight?
