A community ask from Speechcare ❤️

We’ve started the Speechcare Family Fund because, through our work, we see how incredibly difficult it can be for people with disability and their families to escape abuse and rebuild their lives.

Leaving an unsafe situation is hard enough. When disability-related needs are also involved — therapy, equipment, transport, safe accommodation and the many other costs of everyday life — starting again can feel almost impossible.

The Speechcare Family Fund has been created to provide practical support when families need it most — helping people get somewhere safe, meet immediate needs and begin taking those first steps towards rebuilding their lives.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount can make a meaningful difference. If donating isn’t possible, simply sharing this fundraiser can help us reach more people who may be able to contribute.

Together, we hope to create a community around families at a time when they should not have to navigate everything alone.

Ayah has immediate availability for assessment and therapy at Carina and Daisy Hill.
Ayah has over 11 years’ experience in occupational therapy across the lifespan and is available to support children and adults and can complete functional capacity assessments.
Ayah is also available for some mobile sessions in the Logan area.

She is also bilingual and has worked in New Zealand!
