We had an amazing time catching up with Kylie and Zoe from Healthy Emporium, sharing ideas and discussing the ever-evolving NDIS landscape.

Our conversation focused on the real challenges faced by participants with high-intensity support needs and their families—particularly when unexpected hospital admissions occur. Together, we explored ways providers can work more collaboratively to ensure participants experience seamless transitions, coordinated care, and the right supports when they need them most.

These conversations remind us that when passionate providers come together with a shared purpose, we can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
