-half small red onion
-150g cooked chicken breast
-160g low fat greek yoghurt
-garlic (I used two cloves because )
-half a squeeze lemon
-6ml olive oil
-salt & pepper

(I chopped the veg and added in the yoghurt, lemon, olive oil after)

345 kcal
-14.7g carbs
-50.3g protein
-9.6g fat

But this is something that is becoming more and more prevalent and we are seeing its impact. So I feel like its probably a good idea to reduce it as much as possible (especially when there are quite a few easy wins)
