We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Manager to join our team.

🕒 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment.

We're looking for someone who has:
• Strong S2/S3 product knowledge and confidence supporting a busy dispensary.
• A passion for retail, merchandising and driving sales.
• Great communication and leadership skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to support and develop those around them.

Previous management experience is preferred; however, we're happy to provide training and support to the right person who is motivated, eager to learn and ready to take the next step in their career.
