Samford Wellbeing Expo 🥰. A beautiful morning to get a massage in the open country air.

Being asked for happy endings rarely happens. And I am not against people that do that type of work… it’s just not what I do.

But hey, this is me and my humour 🤗
An AuDHD overqualified massage therapist… I hope this gave you a bit of a laugh. ゚

I have watched this happen for well over a decade, and myself have even fallen victim to this when I was much younger.

When you’re at your most vulnerable, there are so many people that will try to offer you “solutions”. It’s sounds enticing, almost too good to be true - but offering these shallow absolutes should wave big flags and make you hesitate. I have seen people waste thousands of dollars, and even come off worse.

If anything, I have always seen that there is no golden solution to anything. I am always happy to give things a try, if it doesn’t work for me - it may work for someone else… but at no point have I ever hidden what I do. (Side note: I found the majority of people that sell like this, aren’t qualified/associated)

How often do you need to return?
That actually really depends on your lifestyle and how stressed you have been.

Some people can only last 1-2 weeks due to health conditions. And some people manage a good 6 months. With today’s lifestyle standard - every 4 weeks is a common sweet spot.

If you want to push out your appointments, these are the things I do:
1. Foam roll and utilise massage chairs
2. Saunas
3. Keep moving with full Range of mobility (ROM)
4. Enjoy down times, make sure you really disengage and give that brain a break
5. Go outdoors, where ever it may be - get out and enjoy the fresh air.

If all else fails, just book in for a massage 😂

🚨 LAST CALL: Your Weekend Start Button! 🚨
We’ve all been there. You’re pushing through your sets at World Gym, but that shoulder niggle or lower back tightness is starting to limit your range. Or maybe the stress of the work week has your traps sitting up around your ears.

I am OFFICIALLY BOOKED OUT for the entire weekend, but I have a rare opening tomorrow to get you back to 100% before the doors close.

Why book this Remedial/Recovery session?

📉 Reduce Inflammation: Flush out the lactic acid from this week's heavy sessions.

📏 Restore Range of Motion: Get deeper in your squats and overhead presses.

🛡️ Injury Prevention: Address the "niggles" before they become "tears."

I'm open tomorrow from 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
🔥 Early Morning appointments - Perfect pre-work reset
🔥 4:30 PM and later - Post-work recovery for a better weekend

Don't wait until Monday to feel better. 👇 Click the link below to snag the final spot:
