Looking good in pink & spreading an important message! 🌸

EP's Kirstie, Mikaela and our HC Team are wearing their pink ribbons with pride to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

💗 Did you know? Around 1 in 7 Australian women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. And it can also affect men.

Finding breast cancer early gives people the best chance of survival.

It's a timely reminder to know what’s normal for your body and speak with your GP if you notice any unusual changes. ☀️

You’re more than a sore shoulder, a dodgy knee or a name on a treatment plan. 💙

You’re a person with a life to live, goals to chase and things you want to keep doing. That’s why great care takes teamwork!

This Allied Health Professions Day, we’re celebrating our team who bring different skills together, with one shared goal: helping you feel good, move well and keep doing more of what you love.

☀️ Physios help you move with less pain.
☀️ Exercise physiologists build your strength, fitness and confidence.
☀️ Occupational therapists help make everyday life easier.
☀️ Massage therapists help ease tension and improve comfort.

And as you can see from our team meeting, there’s plenty of collaboration happening behind the scenes, too!

Our team comes together to share ideas, knowledge and perspectives, working alongside your care partners and other health practitioners to connect the dots and support the bigger picture of your health and wellbeing.

Because the best care isn’t just about treating one problem. It’s about you – and helping you get the most out of life. 🙌

“I want to keep moving, but my joints have other ideas!”
Getting active doesn’t have to mean pushing through the pain.

Hydrotherapy may help take some pressure off your joints while you work on strength, mobility and confidence. 🌊

And with guidance from our physios and exercise physiologists, we support you to reach your goals and move safely.

🌟 Our sessions are available in Fitzgibbon, Burpengary & Caboolture. Aged care & health fund rebatable.

Today on 💙 World Arthritis Day 💙 we’re shining a spotlight on ways to keep moving that work with your body, not against it.

Our Physiotherapist, Erin, explores the benefits of hydrotherapy in our latest blog. 🏊‍♀️ Link in comments

One minute, you’re working on your strength. The next, you’re swapping stories with your gym buddies, having a laugh with our amazing team or making plans to catch up over a coffee at our onsite café.

Sound familiar? 😉

Our member sessions in Chermside often come with a little extra: good company, familiar faces and plenty of reasons to smile.

And when Funky Socks Friday, fun challenges and social events roll around, our members are always ready to join in! 🎉

This QLD Mental Health Week, we’re celebrating those everyday moments that make us feel good and bring us closer together.

Because sometimes, you come for the exercise and leave feeling better for a whole lot of other reasons, too. 💚

What’s the best part of being an Exercise Physiologist? 🏋‍♀

We asked our EPs and here’s what they said…

There’s a lot that goes into being an EP, and no two days or clients are exactly the same.

From big goals to everyday wins, our team gets to be part of some pretty special moments. And we reckon that’s worth celebrating! 🙌

Happy World Exercise Physiology Day 💚

The brief: “Say ‘Oh, you have back pain’ in different emotions.”

Jin, Renee & Lauren understood the assignment… perhaps a little TOO well. Who do we think would win the Gold Logie 🤪
