This is a big and exciting time for our community! ✨️ With the loss of our beloved church last month, we have been navigating a transition into a new space, and a new way of being. I love these words from Jeff Brown, and it is a sentiment I firmly share. I often speak in my sessions about forgiveness, and how forcing forgiveness is often a way to bypass the anger and hurt you are truly feeling. Forgiveness is beautiful, and it is also something that comes for you when it is ready and not before. Your process and feelings at every stage of the journey are so valid.
