Blossom Care Support Services is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to join our nurse-led team.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Is reliable, caring, and professional
✨ Has experience in disability support (preferred)
✨ Holds (or is willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and First Aid/CPR
✨ Has a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✨ Is committed to empowering participants to achieve their goals
