Blame other people, our circumstances, or whatever seems responsible for our discomfort. We might even justify it, build a whole story around it, and convince ourselves it couldn’t possibly be us.

Real growth begins when we’re willing to look inward, to pause, and honestly reflect on our own thoughts, actions, and reactions.

As we fold forward, we begin to let go, soften the breath, and settle into stillness. In that quiet shape, there’s a natural turning inward — a chance to pause, surrender, and observe what’s going on beneath the surface.
