Finding the peace within is a sacred journey. It is a messy journey. It’s not all love, light, and rainbows. It can be traumatic, terrifying, debilitating, exhausting.

But underneath it all, your true essence — who you truly are — is love. And there, you will find peace.

It’s not easy. It’s something I won’t sugarcoat. But past whatever demons you need to face within yourself, there is peace. It’s not an easy road to travel, but it is the healing journey.

We all have that peace within us. It’s just finding our way back home to it.

And there, you gain a deeper understanding about life, a connection with God, the Creator, Source — whatever you choose to call it. There is where you find peace in the midst of the chaos, and how chaotic, heartbreaking, emotional, traumatic, and hard life can be with all of its ups and downs.

Once you’re connected to that, and have a deep understanding and connection to that peace — which is profound — anything life throws at you feels different.
