At Little Angels Salisbury Early Learning Centre, the safety, wellbeing, and protection of every child is at the forefront of every decision we make. Creating an environment where children feel safe, valued, respected, and heard isn't just part of our role, it's the foundation of everything we do.
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our child-safe culture, our Nominated Supervisor has spent the past two days attending the Reportable Conduct Scheme & Investigations Workshop delivered by Element Becroft.
This specialised professional development provides valuable knowledge and practical skills to ensure our leadership team remains up to date with current legislation, best practice, and robust processes for responding to concerns and protecting children.
