Congratulations to Tracey for achieving her Reiki Level 1 today!

Traceyโ€™s energy felt like a pleasant constant pulse throughout my body. Wherever she went on my body, I could feel the pulse. Quite amazing! She also completely stopped a pain I was experiencing in my left lower leg. Within 2 minutes of her healing, the pain was all gone. Thank you!

Today we learnt about the origins of Reiki, how to apply self-Reiki & provide Reiki to others & animals. We also discussed the importance of the chakra energy system, how to check & open chakras, flush out the auric field, grounding, and tapping into intuition.
