Most people don’t know this about the sauna and sleep 👇

Your body needs to drop its core temperature to fall asleep properly. The sauna helps that happen, it pulls heat to the surface of your skin, and when you step out, your core cools down fast.

That cooling signal is what your brain uses to shift into deep, restorative sleep.

Research shows this kind of thermal cool-down can add almost 40 minutes of deep sleep and cut the time it takes to fall asleep by around 25 minutes.
