Delairah is a proud Torres Strait Islander who loves getting out and about, especially if it involves being near the water, going for a drive, or exploring somewhere new. She’s always up for an adventure and enjoys making the most of every opportunity to get involved in the community. ✨🏝️🚗

Whether she’s out discovering new places, sharing a laugh, or creating new memories, Delairah brings plenty of smiles wherever she goes. 😄

We’re so excited to be part of her journey and can’t wait to support her as she builds confidence, works towards her goals, tries new experiences, and enjoys everything her community has to offer. 🫶

A proud Torres Strait Islander man, husband, and father, Woody brings over 15 years of experience supporting young people through residential care, youth justice, trauma-informed practice, and cultural mentoring.

Since joining the team, Woody has hit the ground running and is already making a real difference. His dedication, professionalism, and person-centred approach have helped participants overcome barriers and make meaningful progress towards their goals.
