We are here to help people to learn, empower, heal and thrive via expanding understanding about minerals, whole foods and stress, so each individual can find balance and flow in their body. I am here to share my knowledge and experience around healthy eating, whole foods (often via a Thermomix), understanding how minerals and vitamins run our body and how each individual can be empowered to take c

ontrol of their health. I share information about how what you eat, impacts on your body, mind and spirit – making the science less daunting, bringing it to everyone and having some fun along the way too. I love helping others, I have done it for a long time before finding myself in this field – now I get to bring my many years of science knowledge together with my training and education, business and family-related skills, into a place for helping many at once, not just a few. I love seeing the ripple effect of my education and support on others – I have seen lives transform after clients have their minerals tested and then realise that they aren’t “broken” and that they have hope for a brighter, happier, HEALTHIER future, that nobody else has been able to help them find. Now I am seeing testimonials come through with people functioning better than ever before, to dropping symptoms they have had for years – all because they have learned about their own body and biology!

If you’ve been told your thyroid labs are “normal,” but you’re still struggling with fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, feeling cold, or low energy...

You’re not imagining it.

While thyroid function is an important piece of the puzzle, it isn’t always the whole picture.

Many of the symptoms people associate with thyroid issues can also overlap with things like mineral imbalances including low iron/ferritin, low vitamin a, nervous system dysregulation, and how your body is responding to chronic stress.

That’s why I don’t look at one test result in isolation.

I look at how your symptoms, nutrient status, metabolism, and nervous system all work together.

Because when we connect the dots, we often uncover why you’re feeling the way you do.

Low iron doesn’t look the same for everyone.

For some women, it starts with needing coffee just to get through the day.

For others, it’s always feeling cold, never waking up refreshed, or finding that every period leaves them completely drained.

These symptoms can build so gradually that they start to feel “normal.”

But they’re not something you have to simply live with.

If you’ve been experiencing these symptoms, your body may be asking for a closer look at the bigger picture—not just ferritin or iron, but how your body is using and recycling it.

💛 Comment LOW IRON and I’ll send you my free guide to help you better understand where to start.

Signs you may have been told are due to low iron or low ferritin:

1. You wake up exhausted even after sleeping
2. You feel dizzy or shaky when standing up
3. Your brain feels foggy throughout the day
4. Your hands + feet are always cold
5. You rely on caffeine just to function
6. You feel breathless doing simple things
7. Your nervous system feels overwhelmed easily
8. Your hair feels thinner or sheds more
9. Your sleep doesn’t feel refreshing anymore
10. You keep being told “everything looks normal” while clearly not feeling okay

A lot of people think low ferritin is just about needing more iron.

But ferritin and energy production are influenced by so much more:

> stress
> minerals
> nourishment
> nervous system health
> how the body actually uses iron

This is why so many people stay stuck feeling:
tired, anxious, foggy, overwhelmed, and completely drained!

So many women get stuck in the cycle of:

low ferritin → more iron → still exhausted.

Because iron doesn’t work in isolation.

Your body also relies on things like:
- copper
- retinol
- magnesium
- potassium
- nervous system regulation
- proper nourishment

To actually make and use energy effectively.

This is why some people keep supplementing iron and still feel:
• tired
• foggy
• anxious
• overwhelmed
• exhausted after sleeping

The goal isn’t just “more iron.”

It’s supporting the body as a whole so it can actually function properly!

You’re not scrolling for hours because you’re lazy, this is something I see so often…

People who care deeply, who want to show up, get things done, feel better, but instead find themselves stuck in cycles like this. I’ve seen it in my own world too!

Scrolling instead of resting, avoiding things that feel “too much”, putting off even simple tasks.

Not because they don’t want to do them, but because their body feels overwhelmed.

When your nervous system has been under pressure for a long time, even small things can feel like a lot.

So your body tries to protect you by slowing things down, avoiding, or shutting off.

it’s not a discipline problem. Your nervous system is working HARD!

it’s a capacity problem. Your nervous system is working in overdrive and you’re likely depleted too. Scrolling is a coping mechanism.

And pushing harder with ‘I SHOULD just stop’ usually just makes it worse.

Supporting your body so it actually is feeling safe again at a deep level, replenishing the depleted nutrients and helping you to find what ‘balanced’ is for you, can help shift habits.

If you’ve been taking iron supplements for weeks or months and still feel exhausted, this is for you!

Low ferritin is one of the most misunderstood things I see in my work. The standard advice is always “take more iron.”

But if your body doesn’t have the right cofactors: copper, vitamin A, a regulated nervous system and electrolytes, iron simply can’t do its job properly.

More iron without addressing these is like pouring water into a bucket with holes.

This is what I look at with every single client. Not just the iron number, the full picture of what your body needs to actually absorb and use it.

💛 Comment LOW IRON below and I’ll send my free guide straight to your DMs, it’s the starting point I wish more women had access to!

If you’re in your late 30s, 40s, or early 50s...

You’re exhausted.

You’re waking between 2–4am.

Your brain feels foggy.

Your anxiety feels worse than it used to.

Your periods have become heavier or more draining.

And you’ve been told...

“It’s just perimenopause”

Perimenopause may absolutely be part of the picture.

But I don’t believe it should stop us asking why your body is struggling.

When I see a ferritin around under 20, I’m focused on why your minerals aren’t being recycled.

Not just the ferritin number, other nutrients too.

When I see clients with sluggish thyroids, I’m asking whether your vitamin A levels are tanked so your thyroid is already working harder than it should.

And if magnesium has never been discussed, I’m wondering whether we’re overlooking one of the key nutrients your nervous system, metabolism, and energy production rely on every day.

These numbers don’t exist in isolation.

Neither do your symptoms.

This is why I don’t assess one lab marker at a time.

I look at how your minerals, nervous system, metabolism, digestion, and hormones are interacting to understand the bigger picture.

If you’re over 35, doing “all the right things” and still don’t feel like yourself...

There is often a deeper pattern underneath it that’s worth exploring.

Most people think of magnesium as something that helps with sleep.

But that’s only a small part of the story.

Magnesium plays a major role in nervous system regulation.

And when your body is under chronic stress, your magnesium reserves can become depleted over time.

One of the patterns I see most often?

People feeling:

• anxious for no obvious reason
• wired but exhausted
• deep tiredness and aches in muscles, restless legs
• overwhelmed by everyday tasks
• unable to switch off
• tired but unable to rest

The goal isn’t to blame everything on just needing magnesium.

The goal is to understand that symptoms like anxiety, muscle pain, poor sleep, brain fog, and fatigue don’t happen in isolation.

Sometimes they’re your body’s way of asking for more support.

If you’re constantly feeling “on edge” and don’t know why, comment MAGNESIUM and I’ll send you my free guide 💛

One of the biggest mindset shifts I see in my clients is realizing they don’t have five separate health problems.

Fatigue.

Brain fog.

Poor sleep.

Low ferritin.

Anxiety.

Histamine reactions.

These symptoms often overlap because your body doesn’t separate itself into compartments.

Your nervous system influences how your body responds to stress.

Stress changes how quickly you use nutrients.

Mineral imbalances can affect how well your body produces energy, regulates inflammation, supports hormones, and even recycles iron.

Over time, it can feel like you’re collecting more and more diagnoses, when in reality, your body may be telling one connected story.

That’s why I don’t just focus on individual symptoms.

I look at mineral balance, metabolism, digestion, nervous system health, and how everything works together.

When we start supporting the body as a whole, people often begin to understand why they were feeling the way they did—not just what diagnosis they were given.

When people think about healing, they often focus on what to add.

More magnesium.
More iron.
More supplements.

And while minerals are incredibly important, they aren’t the whole picture.

Your nervous system is constantly scanning your environment and asking one question:

“Am I safe?”

It doesn’t just respond to nutrients.

It also responds to your relationships, your environment, your sense of belonging, and even the way you speak to yourself.

When your body constantly feels under threat—whether that’s from chronic stress, isolation, negative self-talk, or real life challenges—it shifts into survival mode.

In survival mode, your body prioritizes getting through the day over repairing, recovering, and healing.

That’s why my approach is never just about supplements.

I want to make sure your body has the nutrients it needs and the safety signals that allow it to actually use them.

Because healing isn’t just about what you take.

It’s also about the messages your body receives every single day.

💛 Have you ever noticed how much your stress or environment affects how you feel physically?

Let me know in the comments.
