It is that time of the year! Call us now to book in your free influenza vaccine (all Queensland residents over the age of 6 months) to protect yourself and your loved ones this flu season!
2025 reportedly saw the most influenza cases and deaths in more than 25 years, reminding us that although recognised as a common virus, catching the flu can be deadly and it’s important to take measures that protect us against it.
A nasal spray is now available for the first time in Queensland, for children aged 2-5 years old. The spray is a painless alternative, that is just as fast-acting and effective as the injection.

According to the Black Dog Institute, walking for just an hour a day can significantly decrease risks associated with mental health symptoms and promotes better wellbeing overall.
