⏰ We Understand Waiting Can Be Frustrating

We know that having to wait for your appointment can be frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our doctors strive to run on time, but general practice is unpredictable. A consultation scheduled for 10 minutes may become much longer if a patient requires urgent or complex medical care.

Just as you would want your doctor to take the time needed if you or a loved one experienced an unexpected medical issue, we extend that same care to every patient.

If your doctor is running behind, you have options:

Speak with our reception team about the expected wait time.
Reschedule your appointment for another day if that better suits you.
Ask whether another available doctor may be able to see you sooner (where appropriate).

Our reception team works hard to keep the clinic running smoothly, but they do not control the doctor's schedule or the length of consultations. They are here to help and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

Abusive, aggressive, or rude behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.

We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient, and we thank the many patients who continue to show patience and understanding when delays occur.

Due to the power outage on Friday, we are currently unable to administer any vaccines while we wait to hear from Queensland Health.

The safety and effectiveness of vaccines depend on strict temperature control, and we must ensure all stock meets the required standards before use.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide an update as soon as vaccine services resume.

If you have an appointment booked for a vaccination, please contact our reception team to discuss rescheduling.
