Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III) invites us to find strength, balance, and grace in both body and mind. As we balance on one leg and extend through the entire body, we cultivate focus, stability, and a sense of inner confidence.
This energising pose strengthens the legs, core, glutes, and back while improving posture, coordination, and body awareness. Warrior III also encourages us to stay present, breathe steadily, and remain calm even when challenged—both on and off the mat.
Every time you practise Virabhadrasana III, you're building resilience from the inside out. Take a deep breath, find your balance, and enjoy the feeling of strength and lightness this beautiful pose brings.

🌿 Oil Pulling: A simple Ayurvedic morning ritual

Oil pulling is a beautiful practice from Dinacharya, Ayurveda's daily morning routine. It is recommended to oil pull directly after brushing your teeth and scraping your tongue, before eating or drinking anything.

How to oil pull: ✨ Take 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut, sesame, or sunflower oil. ✨ Gently swish it around your mouth for 10–20 minutes. ✨ Spit the oil into the bin (not the sink), then rinse your mouth well.

Benefits of oil pulling: 💚 Supports oral health and healthy gums. 💚 Helps freshen breath. 💚 Reduces bacteria that build up in the mouth overnight. 💚 Leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed. 💚 A simple daily ritual to support overall wellbeing.

Small daily habits can lead to lifelong benefits. 🌱

🌿 Start your morning with tongue scraping
In Ayurveda, tongue scraping is a simple practice traditionally included in Dinacharya — the Ayurvedic daily routine. It is recommended to tongue scrape directly after brushing your teeth, before eating or drinking.
Gently scrape from the back of the tongue towards the front 2–3 times, using light pressure, then rinse your mouth and scraper.
This simple ritual can help remove the coating, bacteria, and toxic build-up that accumulate on the tongue overnight, while supporting fresher breath, a clean mouth and a refreshed start to your day. 🌱✨
Small daily habits can make a beautiful difference to your wellbeing. 💚
