Today's Training...
3 sets of 20 on the heavy swings. Thoracic erectors struggling today...must be still tired from BJJ on Saturday.
3 sets of 6-8 on the Push-ups with 20kg on the vest.
3 sets of 6-8 on the rows with 56kg.
Plus I did some Offset squats after the swings.
Nothing magical...just methodical.
A strong back comes from lifting heavy, awkward things.
