This 45 year old patient can be seen here before & then 3 months post a belt lipectomy procedure, which is sometimes referred to as a lower body lift.
The circumferential body lift removes excess skin from the abdomen, back and flanks. Recovery continues over 12 months, with gradual tissue settling.

My 37 year old patient consulted with me after achieving a massive weight loss and can be seen 4 months before and then after procedures for gynaecomastia correction and belt lipectomy.⁠

This patient underwent a belt lipectomy to remove the excess circumferential abdominal skin once she had reached a stable weight.
