The Gap Yoga Leanne is a Senior yoga teacher with Yoga Australia and has taught Yoga since 1988.

She trained originally with the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Academy in India and continues Yoga studies in India and Australia in the tradition of Krishnamacharya . Currently she is a Yoga teacher, Yoga teacher trainer and an AAYT registered Yoga Therapist. Leanne has a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and practices Traditional Chinese Medicine, body-work and Ayurveda alongside her work with

Yoga and is a member of Australian Traditional Medicine Society. Leanne is interested in utilizing and integrating the traditional principles of yoga into a personalized experience for each student.

Yoga is to bring equilibrium to our minds, steady our breathing and to feel stable and relaxed in our bodies.

The group classes are for enjoying social connection as we breathe , stretch, strengthen and balance our body/ minds.

The class will consist of gently holding our awareness to breath focus yoga movements , sometimes being in stillness but always aiming to feel relaxed and comfortable.
