When several health concerns are competing for your attention, you don’t need to decide which one matters most before seeing a GP.

During an appointment, your GP may:

• listen to what has changed or become harder to manage
• review relevant health history, medicines or results
• consider how different concerns may be affecting you
• identify what may require attention first
• discuss appropriate monitoring, treatment or referrals
• agree on practical next steps with you

Not every concern will necessarily be addressed in a single appointment. If you have several matters to discuss, please let reception know when booking so they can advise which appointment type may be appropriate.

To book a general GP appointment, call iHealth Centre Indooroopilly on 07 3870 2525 or book online via our page.

General information only. Recommendations and care depend on your individual clinical circumstances.

Managing one ongoing health concern can take time and effort. Managing several can make it difficult to know what to prioritise.

Australia’s latest national health report found that two in five Australians live with two or more chronic conditions.

For some people, this may mean balancing medicines, appointments, pain, movement, sleep, nutrition or emotional wellbeing. These concerns may not always be connected, but considering them together can help provide a clearer picture of your health.

A GP can listen to what has changed, review relevant aspects of your health and help identify what may need attention first.

If you have several concerns to discuss, please mention this to reception when booking so they can advise which appointment type may be appropriate.

To book a general GP appointment, call iHealth Centre Indooroopilly on 07 3870 2525.

Living with an ongoing health condition isn’t only about managing a diagnosis.

It may also affect your movement, sleep, energy, medicines, emotional wellbeing or ability to do everyday activities.

Over time, symptoms and circumstances can change. Something that was previously manageable may become more difficult, or a new concern may need to be considered alongside an existing condition.

You don’t need to wait until everything feels urgent before checking in. A GP can review what has changed, consider the broader picture and discuss appropriate next steps with you.

If an ongoing health concern has become harder to manage, you can book a general GP appointment online or by calling iHealth Centre Indooroopilly on 07 3870 2525.

General information only. Seek urgent medical attention when required.

When more than one health concern is competing for your attention, it can be difficult to know where to begin.

You may have noticed a new symptom, be managing an existing condition or feel unsure about which issue should be addressed first.

You don’t need to work that out by yourself before making an appointment. A GP can listen to what has been happening, consider how the different concerns may fit together and help identify practical next steps.

Depending on your individual needs, this may include monitoring, treatment or support from another health professional.

If several concerns need discussion, let reception know when booking so they can advise which appointment type may be appropriate.

To book, call iHealth Centre Indooroopilly on 07 3870 2525.

Australia’s latest national health report found that three in five Australians live with at least one chronic condition.

For many people, looking after their health can involve more than one concern. Pain, medicines, mobility, sleep, nutrition and emotional wellbeing may all form part of the picture.

You don’t need to determine which concern matters most before speaking with a GP. A general appointment can help you discuss what has changed, identify what may need attention and consider appropriate next steps.

If something has persisted, changed or become harder to manage, you can book a general GP appointment by calling iHealth Centre Indooroopilly on 07 3870 2525.

Brisbane Health Watch: Winter Respiratory Infections

Flu, RSV and COVID continue to affect Queensland households through winter, especially young children, older adults, pregnant patients and people with asthma, COPD, heart disease, diabetes or reduced immunity.

A few practical steps can help:
1. Stay home when unwell where possible.
2. Keep up to date with recommended vaccines.
3. Book a GP review if symptoms are worsening, lingering, or affecting breathing.
4. Check in early if you are higher-risk or caring for someone vulnerable.

How iHealth can help:
- Our nurses can help with vaccine checks and also administer free flu vaccines to all QLD residents.
- Our GPs can review cough, fever, asthma/COPD flare-ups, chest symptoms, children who are not improving, or concerns about older family members.

For severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, blue lips, confusion, collapse, or serious deterioration, call 000.

Book with our nurse or GP through www.ihealthcentre.com.au or call us at 07 3870 2525.

Not every GP appointment starts with a clear answer. Sometimes, it starts with a question.

A winter GP appointment can be a useful time to discuss:
• A new or ongoing health concern
• A routine review
• A follow-up from a previous appointment
• Children’s or family health questions
• Preventive health topics
• General wellbeing concerns

Your GP can help you work through what is relevant to your individual circumstances.
