Menopause can feel like a LOT!

Your body is changing, your energy can feel unpredictable, your sleep might be all over the place… and suddenly the things that used to work for you don’t seem to work quite the same way.

But you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. 💜

Working with a menopause-informed Exercise Physiologist can help you:

✅ Build and maintain muscle
✅ Support bone health
✅ Improve metabolic health and energy
✅ Get stronger and feel more capable
✅ Work out what actually works for your body
✅ Create an exercise plan that fits your real life, not some perfect version of it

And no, it doesn’t mean training harder, doing more cardio or spending hours in the gym.

Sometimes it’s about doing the right things, at the right time, in the right way for YOU.

That’s where having the right support can make such a difference.

Through the MenoConnect Portal by WellFemme you can connect with experienced menopause-informed Exercise Physiologists, as well as doctors and allied health professionals who understand the realities of women’s health through midlife.

Because menopause isn’t something you need to “get through”.

It’s a stage of life where having the right information, support and exercise strategy can make a HUGE difference.

Remember…

Progress > perfection 🙌

Your body isn’t broken.
You don’t need to punish it.
And you definitely don’t need to do it all alone. 💜
