Kat was nominated for going above and beyond, demonstrating true commitment and really showcasing Encara values. ''Kat spent all of Christmas Day here playing board games etc. with the residents. She came in at 9am, all dressed up. Spent time on each level. How special it was to give up her own day to spend it were residents who were here at the facility'' Aged Care Manager, QLD.
